Our Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, hear our prayer:

Please weave the women of St. Raphael into a beautiful tapestry of faith and friendship. Let us be woven by your Holy Spirit with our eyes and hearts set upon Christ our Savior. Help us shine with the light of Christ and draw souls to Jesus. We ask this in the name of Jesus, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Amen.

Still anonymous, still wonderful!

Fifth Station - Simon of Cyrene Helps Jesus Carry His Cross

How hard is it at times to ask for help from another?

Admit defects and dependence on a sister or brother?

Jesus experienced what it is to share struggles and receive aid-

Simon was there to help carry the cross and feel what it weighed.

In His weariness and unimaginable distress,

He looks to Simon with humility and gratefulness.

I plead for blessings to those who lifted, prayed, and sacrificed for me,

And for  their constant presence in Our Lord’s divinity.

Remembering that when I help lift a burden from those in need,

I lighten the weight for my Jesus and plant a kindness seed.
