To celebrate the second birthday of the blog, we're having our first giveaway (if you don't count the cupcakes we had at the First Friday Coffee - yum!)
We would like you to have a copy of the new book by Genevieve Kineke called "Set Free the Authentic Catholic Woman's Guide to Forgiveness".
Genevieve is one of the authors of the Women of Grace study we've held at St. Raphael. Genevieve writes so beautifully about our vocation and call as Catholic women. Her book is filled with stories about the transforming power of God's grace. And, this copy of the book is autographed by Genevieve herself!
To win the book, just write a comment at the bottom of this blog post*. We'll select a winner at random on Sunday, Feburary 10th at 6pm. Good luck!
*You don't need any special account to be able to leave a comment. You can 'Comment as anonymous' and then write whatever you like (but do write your first name and last initial so we can contact you if you win!)
Congratulations to Dorothy, the winner of Genevieve's autographed book!
And thank you to all of the commenters - what a way to use a little space for God's glory!

The Healing Eucharist with Fr. Dan Leary this past week was beautiful and so glorified Our Lord! My heart is still rejoicing! Thank you to all who had a hand in bringing it to fruition.
ReplyDeleteIn approaching the Blessed Sacrament the other night at the healing service, I had nothing give but myself. I had others on heart that I was praying for, but as for own healing I was empty and tired, yet I still asked Him to come in to my little heart. And what learned and later confirmed that night, when I was able to get confession, was that The Lord want me exactly where I am and He will provide the answers. It was if He peeled back the next layer of my soul and through the gift of Confession, His healing ointment, called grace, could enter and do its work in the areas of my life I could not see. Because it was in the confessional that I got the answer I needed. Thank you Lord!!!
