Counting our many blessings

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for hearing and answering our prayer to weave the women of St. Raphael into a tapestry of faith and friendship.   

We praise you and thank you for the many wonderful blessings we have experienced this past year:

•         2 Evening Prayers for Lent and Advent,

•         2 visits from Sister Revelacion,

•         1 new blog (90 articles, 14 authors, 4,000+ page views, 60 subscribers),

•         1 Women of Grace tea for mothers and teens and 1 Women of Grace study for adult women,

•         8 First Friday Coffees in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus,

•         Many Moms Group ‘Play and Pray’ meetings and Mothers Journal sessions,

•         40+ friends and family praying the Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary,

•         Teens, women, moms and Sodality members praying and working together:

•         on parish events like Gratia Plena prayer evening, the parish picnic, Mother Teresa luncheon,

•          dinner trains and other help for women and families in need,

•          and area events like Shady Grove Pregnancy Center lunches for expectant mothers and praying together at the Germantown abortion clinic,

•         Countless prayers offered, shared and answered,

•         Many returning to the sacrament of confession after extended absences,

•         Healed families and marriages, and

•         Priceless new friendships in Christ!
