As parents, we have a huge responsibility and a privilege to pray for our children.
That responsibility is as important for our children as feeding and dressing them. This goes for grandparents, Godparents, and aunts and uncles, too.

If you are praying for a child in your life, consider bringing the child to the Eucharistic healing service so they can experience your prayers in a tangible way. Here's what a friend experienced with her child at a past service.
"My sister Mary brought her family to last September's Eucharistic healing service. As Mary sat in the pew, her two-year old son Tony was laying in the pew, on his back looking at the ceiling, having a quiet conversation to himself. Mary heard Tony say "wow, wow" and she asked her son what he was doing. Tony said, in a very matter of fact manner, that he was talking to his friends. Mary asked him what his friends had said. Tony made a "ssshhhh" sound with his finger to his lips. He said that his grandmother, Mary's mother, was talking to his friends, too.
Tony had never met his grandmother. She passed away before he was born
Mary explained that her experience at the healing service has brought her closer to the church and has deepened her faith. She has since returned to the sacrament of confession. She also attended a second Eucharistic healing service, as did Tony, who mentioned seeing "his grandmother and his friends" again. Mary's experience- through the eyes and faith of her child, my nephew, has raised my faith as well. I too, have returned our Catholic faith and seek confession regularly. God bless our children!"
You are invited to the Eucharistic Healing Service on Tuesday, June 3rd at 7:30pm in the Church. Confessions begin at 7:00pm.
